  4. What Does 5 Hours Get Me?
    Up to 20 short tasks each month! I deduct time in 15-minute intervals (the minimum billable amount), so:

    • Issues that take 5–15 minutes are charged as 15 minutes.
    • Issues around 25 minutes are deducted as 30 minutes, and so on.

  • What happens if I don’t use all 5 hours?
    Any unused hours will not roll over to the next month, but you’ll still have the peace of mind of priority access whenever you need help!

Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Ordering: 

Timeframe based on regular order volume. Holiday seasons and larger orders may take up to 7 business days before shipped.

  • We offer free USA shipping on orders of $35 or more!
  • Our products are made to order and generally ship out in 3 to 5 business days. This does not include transit time.
  • Packages usually take 2-5 business days to arrive after we ship them. International orders may take longer. International buyers are responsible for their own taxes or import duties.

Return Policy

At Instantly Unique Gifts, we pride ourselves on creating personalized items that are made just for you. While we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of our products, we are committed to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you receive your order and are not completely satisfied with the result, please let us know! We will be happy to replace your item at no cost to you. Please note that refunds are not provided for change of mind, but we will make every effort to ensure you love your personalized product.

Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. This is because some of our items, particularly text-only personalized items, are sometimes made and shipped the same day. To cancel, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Personalization Questions

All of our products are made to order when you submit your order.

Personalized Product Ordering Process:

1) Depending on the product: Upload your photos on the product page, select your options or type your information and submit your order. 

2) After we receive your order, we will begin working on your artwork. 

Will you get a custom order proof?

✅ Yes - If you selected you would like a custom order proof if asked.

✅ Yes - If you ordered a custom business logo product.

❌ No - Your item is a text only design (like just adding your name to something)

❌ No - If your your item is a select a animal/person illustration. 

If you would like to request a custom order proof on an item that doesn't usually get a proof, just ask us in your order notes in your cart. We'll happily provide one.

Proofs take 1 to 2 business days and will go to the email you supplied on your order. We will not call you. You can also check for your order proof on the order status page.

3) If you are receiving a custom order proof, after you approve your proof, we will make and ship your order!

4) All orders will be made to order and shipped per our processing time. Tracking information will be emailed to your email on your order. 

We provide you with real time access to where your order is on our production schedule at anytime by visiting the order status page here.

All orders must comply with our personalization policy found here. (basically, do not send us copyrighted images, etc)
