At Instantly Unique Gifts, we pride ourselves on creating personalized items that are made just for you. While we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of our products, we are committed to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you receive your order and are not completely satisfied with the result, please let us know! We will be happy to replace your item at no cost to you. Please note that refunds are not provided for change of mind, but we will make every effort to ensure you love your personalized product.
Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. This is because some of our items, particularly text-only personalized items, are sometimes made and shipped the same day. To cancel, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 48 hours from delivery to notify us about any damages or issues with your order. After 48 hours, we assume your order is correct and you accept responsibility for your order. We do not refund your order if it is lost in route. Please double check your address and make sure it is correct.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to the personalization of the products we sell. Please make sure your order is correct before finishing check out.
Refunds
Generally, we will not refund orders. We will however, make it right with you by remaking your order and sending a replacement if your item is not satisfactory to you. In rare circumstances such as the item no longer being available, we may at our discretion, refund your order. If we decide refunding your order is the best option, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
