Shipping policy

✨  Most orders ship in 3-5 Business Days. Larger orders may take up to 7 business days to ship out.

Processing time is the time from you place an order to the time your package is handed over to the shipping carrier. Most of our items are personalized and made to order. While we do get orders out faster than most other personalized gift shops, we do need time to communicate with you about your personalization and time to create your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification by email and/or sms message (if subscribed to sms messaging). If you have an issue with your order, please review our returns and exchanges policy and then contact us.

Free standard shipping is offered on all orders over $35.00 within the United States.

Free standard shipping is always going to be the least expensive option for us to ship. Therefore, your order can take up to 14 business days to arrive AFTER BEING SHIPPED. Most items are shipping USPS First Class Package with Tracking (5-7 business days). Some smaller items (stickers, santa ID's, etc) that we offer will not come with tracking information when shipped. If you want to be sure you have tracking on your order, please choose an option such as USPS First Class Package or USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping Policy: Any claims of damaged packages need to go through either USPS or UPS (if selecting Priority Mail or UPS Services) - By not upgrading your shipping from Standard to Priority Mail, you assume all risk for lost or damaged packages.

While Instantly Unique is not held responsible for lost packages in the mail, we will try our hardest to work with USPS/UPS to try and locate the package.

At the time of checking out, please ensure you have the correct address. Your address cannot be changed after you check out, if you need to change your address after placing an order, we will need to cancel your order and you will need to order again with the correct address. No exceptions.

We are not responsible for items lost in mail. USPS/UPS is liable for the delivery of your items in route.

We cannot refund your order if it is lost in route. Please double check your address and make sure it is correct.

If you do not receive your order, please send an email to orders@instantlyunique.com - we will try our best to keep track of all outgoing orders until we know they are delivered.
