A Few Quick Notes Before You Upload
How proofs work:
We’ll send a simple preview showing how your photo fits the shape of your item.
It’s not a full digital mockup — if you upload a square photo, you’ll see a square preview.
When you’ll get it:
Proofs are sent to your email within 1–2 business days.
You can also view them anytime on your
Order Status page. If you do not reply by our promised ship by date, we will assume we have your permission to go ahead and make your order. Therefore, it will be made and shipped to the best of our ability with the information you provided.
What not to upload:
Please avoid copyrighted images such as movie characters, brand logos, or sports teams.
We legally can’t make those, and the order will need to be cancelled.
Tips for leaving notes:
- Our system doesn’t keep filenames, so DO NOT use notes like “use IMG_0091”. We cannot see your file name when you upload.
- Description works best — for example: “the dog wearing the red bow.”
- Upload all the photos you want us to use before clicking Submit Upload. You will not be able to go back and add more uploads later.
