How does this work?
1) You have already placed your order with us. (Yayy! Thanks!!)
2) We need to get your photos from you, please upload those here.
3) After you upload the photos successfully, we will send you a custom order proof to your email in 1-2 business days. 🖼
4) You will need to review and approve your custom order proof before we make your order. ✅
5) We will make and ship your item in accordance with our current processing time. 📦
📧 If you ordered on our Etsy shop, your order confirmation email from Etsy will have your estimated delivery date on it.
When will I get my order?
Most orders are sent within 3-5 business days after you place your order. Sometimes sooner! You can always check the status of your order here: Check Order Status
Do I need to request a proof?
Most customers do not need a proof unless you’d like to review how your uploaded artwork will be cropped or positioned before production
If your image is already designed to fit the shape of your item (for example, a circle image for a circular tag), the proof will look very similar to what you uploaded.
Requesting a proof may delay your order by about 24 hours while we prepare it for your review.
We personally review every order to ensure your artwork fits correctly, so you can feel confident proceeding without a proof if your design already matches the item shape.
