Is there a minimum order?

No. Order five or five hundred — there are no minimums. Package pricing means larger quantities cost less per unit, automatically.

How do I add my company logo?

Right on the product page: upload your logo file and we'll engrave or print it for you. If your file needs cleanup, we'll let you know before we start.

Can I add individual names too?

On many products, yes — check the options on each product page. If you're not sure a product supports names, message us and we'll confirm before you order.

How far ahead should I order for an event or holiday?

Every gift is made to order, so give yourself a comfortable lead time. During the holidays (October–December) production is busiest, so earlier is always better.

Can I order a single one first to check the quality?

Absolutely — with no minimums, ordering one to approve the look and feel before the full team order is easy and smart.

Can I mix different products in one order?

Yes. Build a gift set your way — a tumbler for some, a mug and pen set for others. Each product is ordered separately, all in one checkout.
