What This Means for Your Orders
• Custom Order Proofs: No custom order proofs will be sent during our vacation period. If you have an order placed before May 31, we will ensure your proofs are sent and approved before our break.
• Order Processing and Shipping: No orders will be processed or shipped from May 31 to June 11. We will resume normal operations and begin processing orders again on June 12.
• Customer Service: While our production team takes a break, we will do our best to answer customer service inquiries as much as possible during this time. For assistance, please visit our Help Center.
Important Dates to Remember
• Before May 31: Place your orders before May 31 to ensure they are processed and shipped over the weekend of June 1-2. We will work diligently to get your items out before our vacation begins.
• June 12: Orders placed during our vacation will begin processing on June 12. Please allow some additional time for us to catch up on orders placed during our break.
